Schedule of Events
Friday, 18th December
- Before 17:00: Hotel check-in
- 17:00: Dinner
- 19:00: Concert by the Chiayi City Wind Orchestra
- Including a Memorial Concert for Mr Toshio Akiyama
Saturday, 19th December
- 13:00: Opening of the Chiayi Band Festival
- Afternoon: Festival parade
- Evening: Stadium event (Marching show and presentation of the APBDA flag)
- Note: All board members are required to attend the stadium event until the evening.
Sunday 20 December
- 10:00: Board of Directors Meeting
- Afternoon: Group lunch
- 14:00: Tour of the concert hall
- 19:30: Evening concert (Attendance is optional for board members)
Monday, 21 December
- Morning: Hotel check-out
- No specific activities are scheduled for this day.
Remarks
- Please arrange for two representatives to attend from each member organisation.
- If you will be accompanied by any guests, please inform the Administration Office.
- This year’s Board of Directors Meeting and the 2027 Conference will be held in collaboration with the Chiayi International Band Festival. https://www.chiayiband.com.tw/index-en.html
