Dear APBDA members,
It’s my great honour to announce the coming board meeting in 2024 and conference 2025 in Singapore.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the generosity of the Band Directors’ Association (Singapore). Their support and hard work make this event come true. APBDA needs support from all our members.

$50 (SGD) Each participant from each participating band
It includes an all-access pass to concerts for the conference.
Memorabilia and souvenirs, such as t-shirts and stickers, will be provided as mementoes for participants.
Timeline for Group Participation
- by 31 Dec 2024Submit an Expression of Interest via an online form
All groups interested in participating in the APBDA 2025 Conference are requested to submit this form online. You may cancel your participation in the conference after submission. You will receive a confirmation email from the organizer within two weeks. If you do not receive it, please resubmit the form or contact the organizer.
- 1 Jan 2025Application Form Published
Groups wishing to participate in the conference must submit detailed information. The official application is made by submitting the Application Form.
- 28 Feb 2025Application Form Closes
All groups wishing to participate in the conference must submit the form by the end of February.
- Apr 2025Confirmation of Performance Venue for Each Band
The performance venues and dates will be communicated to the groups.
- by 31 May 2025Submission of Final Repertoire and Member List
Groups must submit the final repertoire and member list, which will be printed in the programme booklet, by the end of May.
